Amazing location, great apartment, fun and considerate roommates...
We are 2 young, female professionals (ages 23 & 25) looking for a 3rd roommate. We are looking to live with a young female professional like ourselves who is fun, laid back, respectful and relatively clean, non-smoker with no pets, please.

- Next to 24/7 Shaws, 24/7 CVS, two gyms, restaurants and bars
- Street parking
- Big, clean, spacious 3BR apartment
- Coin-op laundry in basement
- Pretty and recently painted
- Front and back porches
- Nice bathroom, big kitchen & common areas
The room available:
Lots of closet space, two big windows, will fit a full or queen size bed. There is a twin size mattress/bed never been used in the room now if you are interested. If you do not want it, that's okay too!
A little more about us:
Two kind, laid back, fun girls who met via Craigslist. One of us works in Marketing, the other in Public Relations. Interested in having a comfy, relaxed living environment. Don't want a roommate who's not interested in hanging out once in a while. We are both kind and responsible and expect the same - but by no means anal retentive and like to have fun when work allows. We both have different groups of friends in the area and are looking forward to meeting more people through our third roomie.
We are looking to sign a new December 1 - August 31 lease, but the room is available immediately.
