Farewell to Montreal
The time comes, as it always does, to say farewell to the
festival. But before leaving I had to take advantage of some of the sites and
charm of the beautiful city of Montreal.
So with my companion YH (who took these photos), I made my way to the lovely
botanical gardens, which immediately gave me a much needed lift after nearly
two weeks of intense cineasting.

It reminded me of the beauties of nature, which cinema can only
imitate and reflect.

Nearby was the Insectarium, where one could learn about socialist
principals from the amazing leafcutter ants.

Workers of the world unite!
And learn that basic lesson of the insect world: the tarantula is
not your friend.
Montreal,
you have caught me in your web! Adieu!
