While the kids were out trick or treating, adults were busy chaperoning and those aged in between were nursing hangovers, Florence & the Machine warmed up for their sold-out House of Blues gig with a Halloween afternoon performance at the WFNX Ames Acoustic Sessions. Phoenix videographer Pat Howley grabbed the visuals and pieced together the clips with the audio aid of FNX's Paul Driscoll, giving an exclusive look inside one very exclusive party. Previous Ames Acoustic Sessions have featured Marina & the Diamonds, The xx, and Hole, so keep the dial locked at 101.7 FM for future show announcements from the 'FNX crew. Remember, the only way to get into the Ames is to win passes. Of course, all this begs the question: if an in-store performance takes place in a store, what do we call live shows in a hotel?
